All new builds have fixed pricing and Chris, or office admin understands the legal and finance processes to work directly with your lawyer and or mortgage broker.

Our renovations are fully project managed using a great team of subcontractors. To assist with the design we work hand in hand with an interior designer to create the vision you have or create a vision that you may not have thought was possible.

We understand having tradesmen come through your home can be unsettling but with handpicking staff and contractors you can be sure that the utmost care will be taken to reduce inconvenience to you.
